Welcome to the Bed & Breakfast, where guests have exclusive use of the whole house. Enjoy the open plan living and dining area where guests can relax in the lounge or soak up the sun and mountain views from the private north facing deck and garden. A variety of continental and cooked breakfast options are offered to set you up for the day.

The three guest rooms are modern and airy, with super king and queen size beds that can be split into single beds if required. All rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet, whilst the super king room has a huge bathroom with a double shower and separate bath tub for that après ski hot soak.

It’s an easy 7-10 min walk from the house into the town centre and lakefront where you’ll find lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The Mt Iron Loop track is just 10 mins walk from our house and is an ideal way to start the day! If you fancy a round of golf, the Wanaka Golf Course is across the road and Suzie is always more than happy to book tee times for you.
